• What happens after I place an order?
Once you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation on your registered mobile number and email ID. Your order will then be dispatched and delivered to you within 7-10 business days.

• Can I amend or cancel my order?
We are only able to amend the shipping address. You will not be able to amend the colour of the item(s); remove or add item(s); or change the payment mode.

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to cancel it.

• How do I make an exchange?
Our exchange policy is only applicable to defective or wrong item(s) received in your online order and has to be made within 3 days from receiving your order.

• What are your accepted mode of payments?
We accepts payments through debit and credit cards, wallets, upi and net banking through a secure online server. We do not offer cash on delivery. Bank transfers are also accepted.

• What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within India, for all the orders. We charge an additional fee for orders requesting express shipping.
For orders outside India, we charge shipping rates based on the place of living.
