Shipping and Policies:

We deliver domestic orders within India through Delhivery. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to INR 12,000 but not for higher amounts. All the ready to ship products will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. If the product is made to order, shipping will take around 2 weeks of business days. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges:

For Domestic orders, there are no shipping charges.

For International orders, shipping charges are applicable as per the delivery partners. Customers are responsible for any applicable custom charges.

Tracking and Address Changes:

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For address changes, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. For urgent queries or deliveries, reach us at saayathelabel@gmail.com .

Delivery Issues:

We work with third party delivery partners and are not responsible for delays caused by them. If a package arrives damaged, do not accept it, take photos or videos and contact us for a replacement. 

Order Cancellations:

Order cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placement, as production begins immediately after. To cancel an order, email us at saayathelabel@gmail.com .
