RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that we do not offer 'refunds'. However, we are happy to offer store credits or exchanges for size / product under the following conditions:

Request Process:

At Saaya, customer satisfaction is our priority. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to request an exchange by emailing at saayathelabel@gmail.com .

The returned product must reach us within 15 days of return confirmation. Store credits or Exchanges will be processed only after inspection and claim verification.

Conditions for Refund and Exchange:

Store Credits apply only to the product cost, excluding the shipping charges. Customized products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Products can be returned or exchanged if they are incorrect, undamaged, unworn and defective. Minor irregularities due to handloom techniques are not considered defects

Production Delays:

Custom stitched and hand embroidered products may require additional time due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders can not be canceled or refunded in such cases.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement. Once production began cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Charges:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs INR 120 of returning the item. We will only cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.
