RETURN / EXCHANGE
In case the customer has an issue with the ordered size, we can offer an exchange within 3 days of purchase. We do not offer any returns or refunds and assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.
HOW DO I RETURN?
To request an exchange, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at +91 9979503268 with your order number details and requesting size exchange details.
- You will get a confirmation email within 24 hours, once the return request is approved.
- The client needs to ship back the product to the given address within 2 days of confirmation mail.
- Once we receive the product, we will send the new size after the quality inspection.
- You have 24 hours from the receipt of order to request your return if a wrong order has been delivered to you or there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the delivered item(s), we will, following inspection of the goods, implement a strict policy of Repair, Replace and finally Refund, depending on which remedy is the most appropriate.
- Garment(s) must be in original condition and in the original packaging with the tagging intact.
