- We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For International deliveries, we charge as per delivery partner's fee.
- For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of shipping the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. With the estimated delivery date provided for your order at the time of placing the order, you will also be sent an order confirmation email.
- If you receive a package which is damaged, please do not accept the courier.

In case the customer has an issue with the ordered size, we can offer an exchange within 3 days of purchase. We do not offer any returns or refunds and assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.
HOW DO I RETURN?
To request an exchange, please write to us at customerqueries@saayathelabel.com or call at +91 9979503268 with your order number details and requesting size exchange details.
- You will get a confirmation email within 24 hours, once the return request is approved.
- The client needs to ship back the product to the given address within 2 days of confirmation mail.
- Once we receive the product, we will send the new size after the quality inspection.
- You have 24 hours from the receipt of order to request your return if a wrong order has been delivered to you or there is a genuine manufacturing defect.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the delivered item(s), we will, following inspection of the goods, implement a strict policy of Repair, Replace and finally Refund, depending on which remedy is the most appropriate.
Exchange RULES:
- Garment(s) must be in original condition and in the original packaging with the tagging intact.

We only offer flexible delivery options within Delhi and Surat. For other domestic and international delivery, our timelines are between 6 to 10 days depending on the products.

Item is eligible for an exchange request only once. Reverse pickups are either arranged by us and the customer will have to bear the shipping charges. We do not offer return requests and refunds.
