- We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- For International deliveries, we charge as per delivery partner's fee.
- For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of shipping the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. With the estimated delivery date provided for your order at the time of placing the order, you will also be sent an order confirmation email.
- If you receive a package which is damaged, please do not accept the courier.

Please note that we do not offer 'refunds'. However, we are happy to offer exchanges for size or product under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility:
Request for exchange must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Only size or product exchanges are allowed; no refunds will be issued.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How to Request an Exchange:

Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new size or product desired.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the original item.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.

For ready to ship products: our delivery time is 7-12 working days once the order is placed. For pre-order / made to order products: delivery time is 30 to 45 working days once the order is placed.

We only offer flexible delivery options within Delhi and Surat. For other domestic and international delivery, our timelines are between 6 to 10 days depending on the products.

Item is eligible for an exchange request only once. Reverse pickups are either arranged by us and the customer will have to bear the shipping charges. We do not offer return requests and refunds.
